From
the Long Island Expressway (L.I.E.) or the
Northern State Parkway:
Take the L.I.E. or Northern State Parkway to
the Sagtikos Parkway south. Proceed south on the
Sagtikos Parkway (approximately
3.6 miles from
the L.I.E., or approximately
4.8 miles from the
Northern State Parkway), and bear left onto the
Southern State Parkway east (Heckscher Park).
Upon exiting, immediately proceed to the far
right lane for exit 42 S (Fifth Avenue South,
Bay Shore). Follow the directions for the
Southern State Parkway below.
From the Southern State Parkway:
Take the Southern State Parkway to exit 42 S
(Fifth Avenue South, Bay Shore). Proceed to
end of exit ramp and make left turn onto Spur Road
South. Once on Spur Road South, continue
through first traffic light (approximately 200
feet ahead). Remain on Spur Road South (pass
through one blinking yellow traffic signal) for
approximately 1.2
miles to the next traffic light at Brentwood Road.
At Brentwood Road, make a right turn and head
south. Continue on Brentwood Road for
approximately 1.5 miles until
you reach the third traffic light (you will have
passed over Sunrise Highway, i.e. Route 27, as
well as the railroad crossing) which is Union
Boulevard. Make a right turn onto Union
Boulevard, and head west for approximately

miles. The office will be on your right side,
1991 Union Boulevard, Suite B, second floor on
the right.
From Sunrise Highway (Route 27):
Take Sunrise Highway to exit 44 (Brentwood Road
South/Bay Shore). Proceed south on Brentwood
Road for approximately .6
miles to the first traffic light (you will have
passed over the railroad crossing) which is Union
Boulevard. Make a right turn onto Union
Boulevard, and head west for approximately
